Why not start a movement among the girls we know and send them a box?
We can make the girls contribute, but we won't tell a soul who it's for.

We will ask for money or presents--whatever they care to give," she went on eagerly.

"How can they be offended if we send the things anonymously ?" "They can't," chuckled Arline gleefully.

"Now we had better separate.
I'll do Morton House, Livingstone Hall and Wellington House.
