322/583 M.Godart describes this insect as a new species, under the name of Entoria, and makes it an inhabitant of the West Coast of Africa. Cethosia penthesilea.Godart.Enc.Meth.9 248. This species bas hitherto been described only as a native of Java, but Captain King found several specimens of a variety of it on the North Coast of New Holland. Hesperia rafflesia, (n.s.)
