An exploring fleet was even sent under Phoenician pilots to circumnavigate Africa.

Three years were spent on the voyage, and the ships finally returned through the Straits of Gibraltar to the mouths of the Nile.

Meanwhile, the Pharaoh had marched into Palestine.
