And there are several sets of the like Officers appointed over other Portions of the Countrey.

As with us there are divers Hundreds or Divisions in a County.

To each of which are distinct Officers belonging.
[Some Towns exempt from the Dissauva's Officers.] These Officers can exercise their Authority, throughout the whole Division over which they are constituted, excepting some certain Towns, that are of exempt jurisdiction.
