The Governor continues, "She was dressed in a suit of navy blue cloth, her skirt reaching to within an inch of the tops of her moccasins.

A loose blue cloth jacket, buttoned up in front with brass buttons, covered her well rounded shoulders and breast.

The jacket was edged with scarlet cloth and reached to her waist.
