I had two celebrations of the Holy Communion in the Y.M.C.A.

I managed to clear a little space on the stage for the altar.

Of course, not many attended, but at one of the services was an officer who had won the V.C.and the D.S.O.and had a foreign Decoration as well.

In the afternoon I visited and gave an address to one of the battalions moving up the line.
